*For online orders only (not in-store purchases), we are pleased to offer our customers Free Standard Shipping on most products offered online to the lower 48 US states for orders of $1500 or more. Some over-sized furniture orders MAY incur additional charges (see below). Hanamint and Gensun may require additional fees (see below).

*VERY IMPORTANT Oversized Product(s) Delivery Instructions:
  1. Once an order is out for shipment (picked up by freight company and out for delivery), you will be charged a 15% Freight Cancellation Fee if you decide to cancel the order. However, if you cancel your order before it is out for delivery, this fee will not apply.
  2. Customer will be contacted by the carrier, usually within 10 business days, to arrange a convenient delivery time. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. Customer may also arrange to pick up the shipment from the carrier if desired.
  3. Customer Is Responsible for inspecting packaging and products upon delivery!
    If there appears to be any possible damages, packages should be opened carefully for inspection of the products. If any of the products appear to be damaged, customer may choose to accept or refuse the entire delivery (partial delivery is not optional). If you choose to accept the delivery, be sure to make note of any damaged products on Bill of Lading. If customer chooses to reject delivery, all products will be returned to the shipper. In either case, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-405-9610 immediately for damage resolution.If delivery is accepted and signed by customer with no notes of damages on Bill of Lading, customer is responsible for any future damage claims.

  • FREE Curbside Delivery
    Delivery for large/heavy/oversize items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and will be unloaded by the driver. The items will be unloaded and placed on your property at the spot nearest your driveway/curbside. Customers will be responsible for the items and assembly from this point and items WILL NOT be carried any further by delivery persons. Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time during regular business hours to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. This option will be offered during checkout phase of your online purchase.

  • SOME US States MAY incur an additional shipping/handling charge depending on distance from our nearest warehouse.

  • Deliveries scheduled after 5:00 PM Monday - Friday may incur additional charges. Be sure to ask about this when scheduling your delivery time.

  • Premium Delivery Options
    Available for LTL shipments (Applicable charges will be added to the order):
    • Inside Delivery (Through-the-door)
      Delivery for large/heavy/oversize items will be available for an additional shipping charge. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and will be unloaded by the driver. The item(s) will be placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time during regular business hours to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. This option will be offered during checkout phase of your online purchase.
    • White-Glove Delivery (In-Home)
      Delivery for large/heavy/oversize items will be available for an additional shipping charge. Upon delivery, professionals will bring the item(s) into your home, place products in area/s you designate, unpack your entire shipment, inspect it, assemble it, and remove packaging materials as needed. Customers will be contacted by the delivery professionals to arrange a convenient time during regular business hour to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. This option will be offered during the checkout phase of your online purchase.

  • *Gensun Outdoor Furniture:
    INTERNET SALES: To ensure customer satisfaction, Gensun require dealers who sell Gensun products for delivery to customers outside of the dealer’s geographic trading area, i.e., the geographic area in which the dealer’s store is physically located, to have Gensun product shipped and delivered to such purchasers via a “white glove” delivery service that delivers and assembles the Gensun product and removes all debris. Failure by the dealer or the retail purchaser to use a “white glove” delivery service voids all Gensun warranties.

    • FREE White Glove Delivery for Gensun orders over $2000
    • $299.99 White Glove Delivery fee for Gensun orders under $2000

  • *Hanamint Outdoor Furniture:

    • FREE Curb-Side Delivery for Hanamint orders OVER $1500 (All warranties are guaranteed by Trees n Trends with this service.)
    • $199.99 Curb-Side Delivery fee for Hanamint orders UNDER $1500
    • White Glove Delivery is available upon request and usually costs an additional $500 - $1500 depending on the details of your order.
