What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover on our secure site. We also accept ATM or debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
Who can purchase from Trees n Trends?
- Anyone can purchase from us, there is no minimum order requirement.
When will my order ship?
- Most orders will ship within two (2) business days from the order date.
What is your standard shipping charge?
- Shipping charges are based on the shipping address and size of the items purchased. Your shipping charge will be calculated during the checkout process.
What is your oversized shipping charge?
- Oversized shipping charges are $89.99 for the first item plus $9.99 for each additional item. Your cost will be calculated in your cart before you place your order.
What is oversized shipping?
- We ship Curbside Home Delivery via Common Carrier to most addresses in the continental US. Furniture can be heavy and we have worked extensively to get the best shipping prices. With curbside delivery, have help on hand upon delivery of shipment for unloading and moving the boxes. The address MUST be accessible by a tractor-trailer. It is important to inspect the cartons for any tears, punctures or signs of damage upon delivery. Any freight / damage issues should they occur are to be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery and the damaged piece(s) should be refused. The damaged piece(s) will be replaced in a timely manner. Remote locations or inaccessible locations may add to the freight charge but we like to address any issues at time of order.
When will I receive my oversized items?
- Items delivered by our freight carrier usually take 1 - 2 weeks. Approximately 48 hours before the item will arrive at your door, our shipping company will give you a scheduling call detailing a delivery date. The driver is only obligated to pull up to your home/curb. The driver may need assistance in unloading the merchandise. When the terminal calls you to schedule the appointment, please feel free to ask them particulars as to what services you can expect.
What if there is Damage to the furniture?
- Trees n Trends fully insures and inspects all of the furniture prior to shipping so any damage that occurs in transit must be noted on the delivery receipt (at the time of delivery) in order for you to receive any replacements or repairs at no cost to you. Be specific in your notes with regard to what piece is damaged and what exactly the damage is. IF YOU ARE NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO INSPECT, please make detailed notes with regard to any dings, dents, or tears in the packaging. Trees n Trends may request digital photos and a faxed (or scanned in copy) of your delivery receipt to assist us with the insurance claim. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms. It is very important to follow these instructions otherwise Trees n Trends and the freight carrier will not be held liable for anything not noted on the delivery receipt. As long as you follow these instructions and contact us within 5 business days following delivery, Trees n Trends will be more than happy to work hard to achieve a pain-free, speedy resolution.
Special Delivery Circumstances
- If you have a special delivery circumstance you should call our office so we can discuss the nature of the delivery, ensure that services can be completed and whether or not additional fees may be required. Some delivery circumstances require extra resources, such as moving product up two or more flights of stairs. In these cases, additional resources and additional fees will be necessary. Note: Some circumstances might make us unable to accommodate your needs so please check with us to determine whether or not our services will work for you.
Do you offer express/overnight shipping?
- Yes, we offer overnight shipping for an additional fee. Check the option when completing your order for overnight shipping. Express shipping is not available on oversized items.
Can I track my order?
- You can view the status of all of your orders by clicking on "account login" on our homepage. After you log in, you'll see a list of all orders you've placed. Click on an order to check its status and track your order. In addition you should receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.
Will my items get back ordered?
- No. Our inventory is live. If you can order an item, then we have it in stock.
What if I live outside the United States?
- Our website currently supports orders from within the US.
What is your return policy?
- Items must be returned within 14 days from ship date and in unused condition. We will replace any damaged item or credit your credit card. Sorry, customer must pay shipping to return the item. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Do you offer a catalog?
- We do not publish a catalog. The only way to view our merchandise is online and through our retail stores.
Do you offer franchise opportunities?
- Trees n Trends is a privately owned company and we do not offer franchises

- We use the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the personal information you provide is encrypted before being sent over the internet. Internally, we use encryption and Web security technologies to protect the privacy of your personal data.
